The course faculty includes well-known nephrologists who are members of our ERA-EDTA Registry Committee plus the staff members of the ERA-EDTA Registry in Amsterdam.
Many nephrologists perform some kind of research in addition to their clinical duties. The aim of this epidemiology course is to teach nephrologists and nephrology researchers, basic epidemiology principles and to have them practice their new skills in hands-on sessions (exercises, discussions and SPSS). The knowledge and skills obtained will assist participants to improve the quality of their nephrology research.
Interested nephrologist should send a CV and a cover letter mentioning their interest for participating in this course and details regarding their research experience at Ionut.Nistor@UGent.be, not later than October 10th 2014.
Language of the course: English
There is a limited number of participants. The selection will be done based on previous experience and date of application.
